Is there a 24-hour front desk at the property?
We do not have a 24/7 reception desk and lobby. If possible, we answer the phone throughout the day, but please note that we do not work at night. Keys are handed over after prior arrangement of the time of arrival. We try to be in constant contact with guests to help in every matter.
Are there cots and high chairs for small children?
Yes, we have two travel cots and two high chairs for small children. Please notify us in advance if you want to use them. Additionally, on request, we can provide barriers for children separating stairs in large apartments.
Does the facility accept pets?
Yes, we accept dogs. The fee for each dog is PLN 50 per stay. Unfortunately we do not accept cats.
Is there a luggage storage / ski / bike room?
The facility has a closed ski room and a bicycle room. We do not have a luggage room.
Are the apartments equipped with an iron and ironing board.
Yes, each apartment has these amenities.
What does the kitchen equipment in the apartments look like?
Our apartments have well-equipped kitchenettes. Each of them has a dishwasher, oven, induction hob, fridge and freezer, electric kettle, overflow coffee machine and all necessary dishes and pots (i.e. plates of various sizes, bowls of various sizes, cutlery, kitchen accessories, frying pan, cups, glasses, wine glasses, vodka glasses) Additionally, we provide coffee and tea for our guests.
